Stand Out Consultancy offer specialised support services to children's homes, schools, supported accommodation, supported living and adult residential homes in Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Kent.

Our consultants all have experience within Registered Manager and Operational roles; the extensive experience our consultants have is testament to their ongoing commitment to children, young people and vulnerable adults.

Our consultants will complete a bespoke consultancy package based on the current needs within your home and will endeavour to ensure a solution focused action plan to enable our clients to continue to uphold Ofsted and Care Quality Commission compliance and legislation whilst incorporating the quality standards and key lines of enquiry.

Supported accommodation monitoring visits and audits will ensure that settings are supported in line with upcoming changes to the supported accommodation regulations and quality standards.

Our independent visitors all have the training, skill set and knowledge to support homes to use regulatory frameworks, statutory guidance and current legislation that Children, vulnerable individuals and those in residential care settings require. Each independent visitor will complete announced and unannounced visits within the home monthly. Once their report is signed by the homes management, they will then send this to the regulating authority within the service.

Our consultants will provide each individual residing within the home with a bespoke information pack of our service and build a rapport with the homes staffing team and Management.

Stand Out Consultancy thrives on being able to identify and support with changes needed within residential care settings. Our main goal is to ensure that Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission Regulations within an individual’s home are maintained.

All Stand Out Consultancy independent visitors are insured, and all have an enhanced DBS clearance.
